1. Terms and Conditions

• 1.1. Talkable ("we" or "Talkable") offers customers ("you" or "Advocates") of Puffy ("the Merchant") the opportunity to refer friends (“Friends”) to try the Merchant's goods or services ("Merchant's Services") ("Talkable Referral Program" or "Program").
• 1.2. These terms apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a referrer (“Advocate”) and a friend (“Friend”) referred to the Merchant's Services.
• 1.3. By participating in the Program, Advocates and Friends agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Advocate or Friend or participate in the Program in any manner.
• 1.4. We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate this Agreement if you do not wish to be bound by any such amendments, but by continuing to use our website or the Program, you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.

2. Referrals and Rewards

• 2.1. The new customer referral reward is subject to select Puffy products - specifically, all mattresses and smart beds.
• 2.2. Advocates will receive a $300 reward for each qualified mattress purchase referral, subject to verification. The reward will be processed through our designated payment provider.
• 2.3. There are no limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer. Rewards must be claimed before the expiration of the value.
• 2.4. Puffy reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Advocate at any time.
• 2.5. Puffy reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
• 2.6. Puffy reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to prevent any individual from participating in this or future promotions.
• 2.7. The $300 reward will be processed through Tremendous after verification that the Friend has completed their mandatory 30-day trial period.
• 2.8. If a Friend returns their purchase during the trial period, the Advocate's reward will be voided. If fraud is suspected, both the Friend discount and Advocate reward may be voided.
• 2.9. Referral rewards cannot be applied to previous purchases and are not redeemable for cash.
• 2.10. This referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice in our sole discretion.
• 2.11. Rewards will be distributed through our designated payment provider, Tremendous.
• 2.12. Reward links must be claimed within one (1) year of issuance.
• 2.13. Advocates are responsible for any tax implications from rewards earned. In accordance with U.S. tax regulations, Advocates who earn $600 or more in rewards within a calendar year must complete a Form W9 prior to receiving additional rewards.

3. Data Processing

• 3.1. Puffy permits Talkable to collect PII data (can include but not be limited to name, email address, IP address, and shipping address through shopping cart integration) in order to successfully manage the referral program.
• 3.2. Talkable will collect, process, and store customer’s PII data.
• 3.3. Talkable may pass customer PII data to third-party vendors only for the necessity of carrying out the referral program. Talkable will only pass PII data to third-party vendors agreed to by Puffy. These third-party vendors will not contact the customer and are not permitted to pass customer PII data to any other vendors.

4. Communications

• 4.1. Participants agree to receive transactional emails related to the Program. Status updates about referrals and rewards will be sent via email.
• 4.2. Participants may opt-out of promotional communications while remaining eligible to receive transactional notifications essential to the Program's operation.

5. Removal from the Referral Program

• 5.1. If a customer wishes to be removed from the referral program, they can do so by contacting: support@puffy.com.
